Price Increase

February 2026 - Support Price Increase Announcement - Effective March 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to our pricing structure. With effect from 1 March 2026, all meter billing raised after this date will reflect a 4.0% increase to the service meter charge click price.

PBS Group’s service team is proud to deliver an exceptional level of service and support that is recognised locally and reflected in the strength of our long-standing customer relationships. This commitment to quality remains at the heart of everything we do.

This adjustment allows us to maintain these high standards and continue focusing on quality. PBS Business Solutions is committed to keeping our promise - not only to our customers but also through our partnerships with leading manufacturers by ensuring the use of original parts and consumables throughout the expected lifespan of our devices.

The increase also reflects rising operating costs locally, including recent above-inflation increases in electricity, water and other utilities, which have significantly impacted all of our operating costs, alongside increased shipping costs into the islands.

We appreciate that any price increase can be unwelcome and would like to assure you that this decision has not been taken lightly. We believe it is necessary to ensure we can continue to deliver responsive and high-quality support throughout 2026 and beyond.
